About Me
Hi, I’m Ella.
Starting Fetch and Play was a natural step for me, I love spending time with dogs, making sure they're happy, exercised, and cared for when their families are out for the day.
Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up surrounded by them and can’t imagine a home without a wagging tail or muddy paw prints. I have two dogs of my own who keep me busy, happy, and always outdoors.
I’m fully certified in canine first aid, and fully insured, so you can feel confident knowing your dog is in safe and caring hands. Whether it’s a walk, a game of fetch, or simply some company while you’re away, I treat every dog as if they were my own.

Dog Walking Services
All walks include collection and drop off in a secure van with fitted dog crates.
1 hour group walk (1 dog) – £15
1 hour group walk (2 dogs) – £25
1 hour group walk (3 dogs) – £301 hour solo dog walk – £22
30 minute solo dog walk – £161 hour pair walk - £30
30 minute pair walk – £18House Visits / Pop-Ins
1 hour house visit – £22
30 minute house visit – £16*Please note that multiple dogs for group walks and pair walks have to be from the same household.

Ella was simply amazing looking after our house, 3 dogs and guinea pig whilst we were on holiday abroad. We had regular updates, happy animals and a clean house to come home to. Ella has been feeding and walking Lex since July 2024. I work shifts so there are no set days but I give her a list of the shifts I need help with a couple of months in advance and she let's me know if there are any she can't do. Anyone who knows me knows I don't trust many people with Lex, but I have no worries about him when out with Ella. After a trial walk, Lex is often joined by her own dog which is nice for him too. Ella always sends a message when she has been and takes photos/videos of their walks which is lovely to see. Ella is such a kind and lovely lady who takes great care of our fur baby Dotty. We adopted Dotty 3 months ago as a rescue and we found that she is pretty nervous around other dogs and can tend to defend herself if they are too close. We were worried about her being able to walk with a dog walker and if they would accept her with her flaws, but Ella took to Dotty with no issues and follows our training to reinforce good behaviour! We get lovely updates whilst we are at work and Ella clearly pays attention to Dotty's moods and behaviours just as we would ourselves! Ella has walked our rescued 9 year old Dobermann x for the last 6 months. Dexter loves his walks with Ella everyday. I get regular updates which is great and don't have to worry as I know Ella takes great care of him. Adjusting the walks to suit Dexter's needs as a rescue, and behaving professional, also reminding me multiple times of her holidays which is fab! And gives some great recommendations for cover.
